Shipping Information
What shipping methods are available?
We use Aramex to deliver customers’ parcels. Also, our customers can choose to pick up in our store at 104b Lansford Crescent, Avondale, Auckland. We are open from 9:00am to 5:30pm, from Monday to Saturday. (Closed on public holidays)
Do you ship nationwide and how much does it cost?
Yes, we provide nationwide shipment. The shipment cost varies by different regions that are defined by Aramex.
How might I track my order?
Once we send your order out, we will send a tracking number to you, if you didn’t receive the order number, you can contact us to request it.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Normally, our customer can expect their order to be delivered within two working days in Auckland while four working days nationwide. But there could be exceptions due to different reasons. Please contact us at 09-8209218 or visit Aramex website for more information if you feel your order is delayed.

What payments methods are available?
We accept Debit/Visa cards, Bank Transfer and Cash in store.
Is Afterpay availible?
We have Afterpay available for In-Store payments.
Return Policy
Can I return the product I bought if there's something wrong with it?
If you believe the product to be faulty, we encourage you to contact us at your earliest convenience, so that we may confirm the issue before you initiate the return. Upon confirmation, please return the product to us and we will cover the shipping costs.
Alternatively, if you find that you have purchased the incorrect product, we will accept a return provided the product’s packaging remains unopened. Please be aware that in such cases, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
